If you can breathe, you can do yoga! An E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and C-IAYT certified yoga therapist, I’ve been joyfully sharing the gift of yoga in community, corporate, private, and healthcare settings since 2015, with a wide range of students of all mobility levels and ages. I especially enjoy providing tools to support the aging process.(see NY Times article down the page)

I also work as a yoga therapist for specialty populations such as those caring for cancer recovery and more. See Cancer Care.

I truly enjoy creating trauma-informed, safe spaces for rest and healing, and guiding diverse and special populations towards personal transformation in body, mind, and spirit. I am proud to be a part of building caring communities of empowered individuals seeking their own well-being.
