Therapeutic Yoga
on Zoom

Meets Thursdays at 11am on Zoom.
Expect to use a range of tools of yoga such as breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga postures with or without chair support as needed. Mixed chair/mat class.
This 60 minute class will move at a slower, gentler pace to encourage a more mindful approach to movement. Students will be required to fill out a confidential intake form.

4 Tuesdays at 11am at the PAC Center in downtown Swarthmore from Aug 9th – Aug 31st
Move mindfully with Ann Grace while in both seated and standing postures (using the chair for support.) Within the friendly support of the group circle, we’ll practice better posture, balance, and breathing. Make a friend and leave with mindful habits for healthy aging. Pull up a chair for self-care!

4 Wednesdays at 11am at the PAC Center in downtown Swarthmore Aug 10th – Aug 31st
Flow with Ann Grace through thoughtful yoga sequences designed to connect mind and body, while prioritizing your individual needs. This 75-minute class will move at a slower, gentler pace, leaving plenty of time for nourishing rest, breathing exercises, and short meditations. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling refreshed.
A chair is available for support during balance postures and for transitions up and down from the mat, if needed.
Students will be required to fill out a confidential intake form.
