Chair Yoga in personTuesdays at 11am in Swarthmore

Move mindfully with Ann Grace while in both seated and standing postures (using the chair for support.) Within the friendly support of the group circle, we’ll practice better posture, balance, and breathing. Make a friend and leave with mindful habits for healthy aging. Pull up a chair for self-care!

Gentle Yoga in personWednesdays at 11am in Swarthmore

Flow with Ann Grace through thoughtful yoga sequences designed to connect mind and body, while prioritizing your individual needs. This 75-minute class will move at a slower, gentler pace, leaving plenty of time for nourishing rest, breathing exercises, and short meditations. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling refreshed.

IWMF Group Wellness

Chair Yoga for WM – Mondays at 2pm ET

  • Breath exercises for reducing stress and boosting immune system
  • Gentle stretches to energize the whole body, yoga poses to move the lymph fluid improve balance and steadiness
  • Optional community chat after class

Cardio Flow – Two Fridays per month at 2pm ET

  • Get your flow on with simple repetitive movements that strengthen the core and legs, work the upper body, and pump the lymph fluid for immune system support. 45 minutes
  • Physical activity is the number one intervention for cancer-related fatigue.

Sound Meditation – One Friday per month at 2pm

  • Relax to the sound of authentic Himalayan Singing bowls, with gentle verbal guidance to further calm the nervous system. 30 minutes.
  • Research studies have shown that sound meditation with singing bowls reduced tension and increased feelings of spiritual well-being in its participants, and could be useful for those experiencing fatigue, chronic stress, depression or anxiety.

Yoga Nidra ON ZOOM – One Sunday per month at 4pm ET

  • Give yourself permission to relax and rest, while setting intentions for personal growth and exploring the deeper self.
  • Use this guided relaxation and visualization practice to reduce stress levels, sleep better, and elevate well-being.
