Chair Yoga

Pull up a chair for self-care!

Meets Tuesdays at 11am.

Learn calming breathing practices, refreshing stretches, and specific yoga poses adapted for the chair, including some standing poses. Cap it off with a relaxation practice and tips for how to take your yoga practice into your everyday routine.

Enjoy a gentle yoga practice for body and mind designed to develop and maintain the flexibility, strength, focus, balance, and agility regardless of age. Includes physical postures, breath exercises, and meditations.
